Build Your Own Meal: Base Rate of 100g of Delicious Protein, 100g of Vegetables with the choice of Broccolini, Okra, Cauliflower Stems or Round Beans. Plus your Chosen 100g of Carbohydrate from Roasted Vegetable Medley, Steamed and Roasted Red Kumara or Pumpkin, Black Bean Pasta, Basmati Rice or Forbidden Rice. You may choose extra grams of Protein, Vegetables and Carbohydrates.
